Do I have to leave my old GP?

Yes. Registering with us transfers your NHS GP care to The Brooke Surgery. You can switch again in future if you wish.

How quickly will I be registered?

We aim to confirm registrations within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

I live outside Hyde — can I still register?

Yes. We accept patients across Manchester as out-of-area patients.

No home visits are available for out-of-area patients

No home visits are available for out-of-area patients, and you must be able to travel to the surgery for face-to-face appointments. It is not recommended to register if you are housebound or have significant mobility issues.

When can I contact the practice?
